1 Scope

This Part of JB/T 8137 specifies model, materials, specification, technical requirements, acceptance rules, inspection method, application and storage as well as packing and marking of the delivery drums for electric wires and cables.
This Part is applicable to cable drum for delivery of electrical wires and cables and the recovered and repaired cable drum, which are hereinafter referred to as "delivery drums".
This Part is not applicable to delivery drums for winding wires.
