This standard specifies the technical requirements for GCr15, GCr15SiMn, GCr15SiMo and GCr18Mo steel rolling bearing parts after annealing, quenching and tempering and the inspection procedure for steel ball crushing load, cold and hot pickling, magnetic testing, etc.
This standard is applicable to heat-treatment quality inspection for above-mentioned steel bearing parts interprocess and finished parts. The bearing parts with special requirements shall be in accordance with the corresponding standards and product drawings.
