GB 50171-1992 Code for construction and acceptance of switchbeard outfit complete cubicle and secondary circuit electric equipment installation engineering
1.0.1 This Code is worked out for guaranteeing the construction quality for the installation work of switchboard, complete cubicle and secondary circuit, as well as for improving the technical level for construction, guaranteeing the safe running of switchboard, complete cubicle and secondary circuit, etc..
1.0.2 This Code is applicable for the erection and acceptance of the installation works for various switchboard, protective board, controlling board, panel, cubicle, box and complete cabinets, etc. and tie line of their secondary circuits.
1.0.3 The installation of switchboard, complete cubicle and tie line of secondary circuit has been constructed according to the approved design.
1.0.4 When handling and installing the switchboards and cubicles, one shall take such safe measures as anti-vibration, anti-damp, avoiding deformation in framework and damage in painted surface, etc., and one may package and transport separately by disassembling the device-type equipments and wearable components when it is necessary. When the product has any special requirement, one shall meet the special requirement of the product in addition.
1.0.5 The switchboards and cubicles shall be stored at indoor or a dry place that can prevent rain, snow, wind and sand, etc.. The device-type equipments and electric components having special requirement on storage shall be stored as specified.
1.0.6 The equipment and materials used shall be qualified ones meeting the national technical standard currently in force, and shall be equipped with quality certificates. The equipment shall be furnished with nameplate(s).
1.0.7 After the equipment and materials arrived at the site, one shall make acceptance inspection in a specific time period and shall meet the following requirements:
1.0.7.1 The package and sealing shall be in a good way.
1.0.7.2 Check in unpacked way, the models and specifications shall meet the design, the devices be free from damage, and the accessories and spares be complete.
1.0.7.3 The technical documents of the product shall be complete.
1.0.7.4 To have visual inspection according to this Code.
1.0.8 The safety technical measures during the construction shall meet this Code and concerned national safety technical standard in force and technical documents of the product.
1.0.9 The erection of construction work concerning with the installation of the switchboard, complete cubicle and secondary circuit shall meet the following requirements:
1.0.9.1 The quality of the building and structures concerning with the installation of the switchboard, complete cubicle and secondary circuit shall meet current national code for erection and acceptance of construction works. When the design or equipment have special requirement, it shall also meet accordingly.
1.0.9.2 Before the installation of the devices, the construction work shall meet the following:
1．The construction of roof and floor slabs has been completed and shall not leak;
2．The floor work at indoor shall be completed, it has no accumulated water, sundries in the indoor trench.
3．The embedded parts and preformed holes shall meet the design, and the embedded parts shall be firm.
4．Installation of the doors and windows has completed.
5．All the decoration works that may damage the installed devices or can’t be done after installing the devices have completed;
1.0.9.3 For any devices with special requirements, before the installation and commissioning the construction work shall meet the following:
1．All decorative works are completed, and cleared to be clean.
2．The special installations such as air conditions or ventilations, if fitted, shall have installed and put into operation.
1.0.10 The fasteners for installing the devices shall be galvanized ones and shall better use standard ones.
