1.1 This standard is applicable to electrical power substation and distribution engineering design with the voltage grade of 110kV or below for oil-gas field (include the beach and alongshore oil extraction gas field) and is not applicable to electrical power substation and distribution design of power line, oil transmission pipeline and gas pipeline engineering.
1.2 Oil-gas field electrical power substation and distribution design shall not only implement this standard but also shall meet the provisions of current national standards and codes.
