1 Scope
1.1 This code unified the design rules and technical requirements of the general plot plan in the petrochemical enterprises.
1.2 This code is fit for the general plot plan design of the newly built, rebuilt and expand built petrochemical enterprises.
1.3 When executing this code, the specifications of the current national compel lent standards and codes shall also be met.
2 Terms and Symbols
The following terms are fit for this code.
2.1 Works area
Areas that are composed by the process plant, support facilities, utility facilities, storage facilities, transportation facilities, manage facilities for produce and serve, etc..
2.2 Process plant
The combination body to accomplish a complete producing process according to the process flow, including the main producing area (containing several producing units), middle storage tanks and shed warehouse, control distribution room, facilities like sewage pre-treatment and so on.
2.3 Support facilities
Necessary facilities to assort the main process plant and accomplish the producing process, like tank areas, central test room, sewage treatment yard, maintenance room, torch and so on.
2.4 Utility facilities
The general designation of the facilities of water, electricity, gas, vapor, frozen water and so on, like the circulating water system, transformation and distribution station, stokehold, air compression station, freeze station and so on.
2.5 Passage
Passage is the zone to connect blocks, systematic roads of the whole factory, pipe corridor, pipeline, virescence and so on.
2.6 Block
The package separator, the independent area to accomplish the specific function, like the process plant area, support area, utility facility area, storage and transportation area, management area and so on.
2.7 Storage facility
The warehouse, stack yard, storage tank and so on to store the raw material and production.
2.8 Transportation facilities
Specific railway line, road, dock and so on, the relative facilities, load and unload machine and tool set to accomplish the specific stream.
2.9 Manage facilities for produce and serve
Offices, IT center, first-aid station, dining-room, facilities like garage, parking plots and so on that is set for the united management and attempter in the whole factory.
2.10 Unite plant
Two or more than two independent facilities arranged concentrated and compacted, their start working or stop working, examination and repair were carried through at the same time. In the general plot plan of the factory, they are regarded as one set of facility.
2.11 Main produce area
Areas that the facilities, pipes, frame and so on were concentrated arranged to accomplish the producing process of the process plant.
2.12 Tank group
One or several concentrated arranged storage tanks enclosed by the same fire embankment.
2.13 Tanks area
Area that two or more than two tank groups concentrated arranged.
3 General Requirements
3.1 The general plan transportation design of the works area in the petrochemical enterprises must carry out the basic national policy of “Completely cherish and reasonably utilize every small piece of land, pressing protect the plantation”, adjust measures to local conditions, economize the land utilization, and improve the land utilization ratio.
3.2 The general plot plan design in the petrochemical enterprises shall be: accord with the national condition, have reasonable arrangement, safety production, advanced technology, protection of the environment, and investment save, low operation fee. It is in favor of improving the economic, social and environmental benefits of the enterprises.
