1 Scope
This standard specifies type test specification for chief shearer-used hydraulic components, like hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, hydraulic valve, oil cooler, oil filter, energy accumulator, raise-adjusting and oblique-adjusting hydro-cylinder, hose assembly, etc., and it is a basis to inspect the reliability of products.
This standard is applicable to type tests for shearer hydraulic component whose working medium is hydraulic oil.
2 Conditions
Viscosity, temperature and filtering accuracy of hydraulic oil, testing instrument precision, and rules for type test shall meet the requirements of GB 7935-1987 "Hydraulic Fluid Power -- General Rules of Technical Requirements for Hydraulic Components".
