This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model, technical requirements, test method, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of autobody and frame alignment machine (hereinafter referred to as alignment machine) for use of automobile repair.
This standard is applicable to various platform-type and frame-type autobody and frame alignment machines with the rated loading capacity no larger than 5000kg.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1 Autobody and frame
The metallic external structure of automobile.
3.2 Rated loading capacity
The safe loading capacity of alignment machine.
3.3 Pulling tower
The device used for repairing the automobile deformation part through force application by hydraulic power mode.
