1.0.1 This specification is drafted with a view to implementing the national technical and economic policies during the design, construction and acceptance of precast concrete structures, thus achieving safety and usability, advanced technology, economy and rationality and guaranteed quality.
1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the design, construction and acceptance of precast concrete structures in non-seismic design and seismic design (with seismic fortification intensity of Intensities 6~8) of civil buildings.
1.0.3 The design, construction and acceptance of precast concrete structure shall not only comply with this specification, but also comply with those in the current relevant ones of the nation.
