1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to unifying the design principle and technical requirements of general plot plan and transportation for chemical industrial enterprises”, making the general plot plan and transportation design of chemical industrial enterprises to meet the national guidelines and policies in engineering construction and to be of state-of-art technology, resources saving, environment protection, reasonable arrangement, safe production, and administration convenience, and improving the economic benefit, social benefit and environment benefit of enterprises.
1.0.2 These code is applicable to the general plot plan and transportation design of new, extended, and rebuilt works for Chemical Industrial Enterprises except mining area.
1.0.3 Besides the provisions of this code, the General Plot Plan and Transportation design of Chemical Industrial Enterprises shall comply with the provisions of the related current national standards.
