1 General Rules
1.0.1 This code is formulated in order to make the electric distribution design of general-purpose utilization equipment to comply with the national technical and economic policies, and make the design to be of personnel safety guarantee, reliable power distribution, art-of-the-state, economic feasibility, electric energy conservation, and convenient installation & maintenance.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the power distribution design of industrial and civil new and extended utilization equipment for general purpose.
1.0.3 In the power distribution design of general-purpose utilization equipment, the utilization equipment shall be the products meeting the requirements of current national standards and professional standards, and they shall be of high efficiency, low energy consumption and excellent performance.
1.0.4 The power distribution design of general-purpose utilization equipment, besides the requirements of this code, shall also meet the requirements of the current national standards and codes.
