This Standard specifies the definitions, classification, requirements test methods and acceptance rules as well as using cautions for aluminate cements.
This Standard is applicable to the production and quality acceptance of aluminate cements.

3 Definition and Classification
3.1 Definition
The hydraulic cementing materials made from finely ground aluminate cement clinker based on calcium aluminate are referred to as aluminate cement with the code of CA.
