This standard specifies the requirements and test method for the strength of side doors of passenger car.
It is applicable to the passenger cars.

initial anti-extrusion force
the mean force deforming the car door within a extrusion distance of 0~152mm
2.2
intermediate anti-extrusion force
the mean force deforming the car door within a extrusion distance of 0~305mm
2.3
maximum anti-extrusion force
the maximum force recorded through the entire extrusion distance of 457mm
3 Technical Requirements
Where tested according to Chapter 4, any side door for passenger shall meet the requirements of 3.1 or 3.2 depending on the option of the manufacturer.
