This standard specifies inspection method and tech-regulations of the acceptance of water treatment equipment used in power plant
This standard is applicable to the acceptance of steel water treatment equipments like pressure filter, ion exchanger, carbon remover and acid& alkali storage and measuring equipment as well as water tank etc. used in power plant.

3 Tech-regulations of Materials of Equipments
3.1 Quality and specification of materials used to manufacture water treatment equipment shall meet appropriate national standards, professional standards and relevant technical conditions requirements and be provided with quality inspection certification.
3.2 Material of the equipment itself shall be adopted in accordance with GB 150.
3.3 Welding material shall meet the requirements of GB 150 and JB/T 4735.
3.4 Equipment pipeline flanges shall be in accordance with the requirements of JB/T 81, JB/T 82.1, JB/T 82.2, JB/T 86.1 and JB/T 86.2.
3.5 Equipment drum flanges shall be in accordance with the requirements of JB/T 4700, JB/T 4701, JB/T 4702, JB/T 4703, JB/T 4704, JB/T 4705, JB/T 4706 and JB/T 4707.
3.6 PVC-U plate shall meet the requirements of GB/T 22789.1; PVC-U pipe shall meet the requirements of GB/T 42191 and other plastic plates shall meet the requirements of corresponding standards.
3.7 Cast iron component materials shall meet the requirements of JB/T 2639.
3.8 Rubber sheet used for liners shall meet the requirements of GB 18241.1.
3.9 The assorted accessories like valve, pressure gage and water level gauge etc supplied in sets shall be provided with quality certificate of the manufacturer and shall meet the respective product standards.
