1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to unifying the figures signs of environmental sanitation in towns and adapting to the construction and management of environmental sanitation facilities.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the planning, design and management of the environmental sanitation facilities in towns.
1.0.3 The public figure signs, facilities legends, machine and equipment figure signs, and emergency figure signs of environmental sanitation shall not only comply with this standard, but also comply with those in the current relevant ones of the nation.
